Visit the official customer service website for this product, http://1800customersupport.com/kawasaki, or call them at 1-877-252-6873. They should be able to sell you one. Target also sells an item that should work. It's called the Kawasaki AVM678 or Audiovox AVM6781, and designed to work specifically with the PVS1965 or PVS1965S. I believe it's $79.99, but only available in their stores, in the portable DVD section of the electronics department.

One of the screens of my portable kawasaki duel screen dvd player was damaged. I'm having a very difficult time finding a replacement. I went on the Kawasaki web site which steered me to Target. I went to Target and they did not have anything. I went to Circuit City and they did not have anything. I've searched the Web. Now I am trying to call the Kawasaki customer support line, but am having to hold forever. Any suggestions???
we have a blue screen and have tried everything described on this website to fix the screen, but to no avail--looks like we're going to have to get a new dvd player because a new one is much cheaper than a screen replacement
My Kids were watching a movie. Stoped for gas started the car and had no picture or sound. Both screens nothing.
