Hi. am wanting to buy a new cdma phone and the only decent options i have are motorola v3m and nokia 6275. which is a better buy? i know nokia has a 2mp camera but v3m's 1.3mp cam is also good enough for me. how is the video recording on v3m? any problems with the bluetooth? how long does the battery last (in practical usage)? does it have any problems receiving signals? did any of you consider nokia 6275 as well before buying v3m? if yes then y didn't you go for 6275?
any help will be appreciated. thanks guys.
I would suggest the Motorola RAZR. It is a good phone. On average a good battery will last a couple of days without charge but that's only from experience. I have one just like it. The picture quality is great and I have never had any problems with the bluetooth.

The V3m is a CDMA phone, so it will be limited as to where it works internationally. Most countries use GSM technology, and the two are not compatible. Best advice is to go to a website like verizonwireless.com (CDMA carrier) and search international CDMA roaming (not GSM). If they don't offer CDMA international roaming in the country that you are going to, you will need to get an unlocked GSM phone.
Best advice at that point is to activate it with a carrier in the country that you are going to if you are going to use it mostly for local calls. If you want to use it as a way for people to keep in touch with you from the states, you can get a local number from a GSM carrier like ATT or TMobile. ATT has a waiting period for international roaming, so check with either carrier for clarification about that.
Hope that helps some.
RAZR v3m is not compatible with T-Mobile, as it is a CDMA phone, used on services such as Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, etc. The v3m is not a GSM phone and does not have a SIM card, and therefore cannot be used on GSM services such as T-Mobile and AT&T (Cingular).
T-Mobile does have a RAZR v3, but it is not a v3m. The v3m is similar to the v3s, which is also a CDMA phone, but adds a micro SD card to store music and photos on.
