I have a 13inch durabrand tv with no remote. I purchased a "3 in 1 EASY TO USE" universal remote from radio shack. I used the codes for the Durabrand and it worked perfectly. I can switch from TV to video and has volume/channel control. The best yet, it only cost $5.99.

Vidio display not comming

Unplug everything and wait for a few minutes. It may very well also be that your TV has lost it's picture and needs repaired. Not because of anything you did. Just coincidental to you thinking you pressed the wrong button on your remote.

Hey i can not get tv to swap over to vidio mode to watch dvd how do i do that

Just hit the button on the remote. It should be labeled "tv/video" or something close. There may be a button on the TV itself.

If its not working try getting a universal remote. You can program it for your tv and get it switching.

Try these and get back to me. If this does not work we will look at other things

How do i switch from tv to vidio without a remote

If your video is connected via scart socket you shouldnt need to switch..it should happen automatically when a DVD or video is played or loaded.Otherwise you need to go into the TV menu using the tv buttons and switch it to AV there. Some TVs go to AV when you press the channel buttons down below channel 0.

Vidio problem on tv

Well... It depends on how you have your VCR connected. If its Coxial [a fat black cable at the back which has only one connection] then tune it in the preset 0 or something. It it has 2 or 3 different couloured cables, then press TV/AV or TV/Video or something similar on the remote or TV face.

Playing a video tape

You can change to the vidio channel, if you have one; eg.3 or 4. If you have sattalite or cable, on the remote you press t.v. and then source. You may need to press it more than once, depending on the t.v.
