CH-DVD 300 Blank Screen

I was trying to configure the DVD with the receiver but when I changed (in the DVD SetUp) the Video for PScan the CyberHome Blue Screen disapeared and a Blank Screen(Black Screen) apeared. Since that I can´t access the Set up again to change it back. I also tried the Jack Dan Suggestion "putting it on standby, turning on and then opening the disc case and pressing stop for 5 secs. It didnt work. I just need to acces the Set Up menu to change it back or reset to the factory default configuration. Please ! Help ! Atc. DeniAqui(Brazil)

Cyberhome Ch- DVD 300

Your advice was very helpful. After two+ months of tooling around and navigating around the menu blind I was on the brink of trashing it.

At first I tried the stop button with a dvd in the player with no success. After taking the dvd out, turning in off/on then pressing the stop button for 20 seconds the screen turned blue as said.

This help saved me a great amount of fustation.

Thank You!

Blank Screen

There is an error in the manual. In order to reset to factory defaults, turn on (with no disc inside), DO NOT OPEN THE DISC TRAY, just press the stop button on the player for 5 seconds (some solutions say 20 seconds).

Cyberhome 300 dvd

When I had this issue it was resolved by selecting the video input on the TV. For example: "S" video, RGB, etc. And of course check all of the connections.

No video

If you select Progressive Scan and your television doesn?t support it, you may end up with a blank screen and be unable to view the menu in order to fix it. If that happens, fix it by turning the DVD player off then back on. Open the disc tray, then press and hold the STOP button for five seconds.
