Software i need to instal a canon pixma mp190 to my lap top but i do not have a cd drive can it still be instaled?

Sure. Go to this link:

Click on the Downloads & Drivers tab if it isn't already showing.

Select your operating system from the drop down menu.

In the Drivers block the driver file to download is highlighted in red. Click on it.

A window will open where you must agree to terms. Select I Agree.

When the download window opens, select Save and direct the file to be saved to your desktop or another location you can find when you are ready to install.

When you go to install the printer turn the printer on but disconnect the USB cable.

Double-click the file on your desktop to begin installation. Do not connect the usb cable until the software prompts you.

Note that there are also downloads for setup and user guides on that same downloads page.
