Question about Kyocera FS-C5030N Led Printer

My Kyocera FS-C5030N is printing blank pages

When we are printing a pdf of 100 pages, it only prints certain things on the page. And now nothing is printing, it boots up and paper comes out but nothing is on the page? What do I need to do? Thanks Brandie

There are a good few possibilities... your cheapest route is to call a local service tech... anything I tell you is going to cost you more... call him and see what he says... but I am leaning towards bad ram best case and worst case a blown main board...

I think that you have used the lens cleaner and then have not pushed it all the way back in.

KYOCERA FS C5030N PRINTS ONLY THE FIRST PAGE OF A PDF DOCUMENT. IT SPOOLS THE # OF PAGES IN THE DOCUMENT BUT ONLY PRINTS THE FIRST PAGE.
make sure you are using the KX PRINTER DRIVER first
if so..
tray changing the pdl format
in the printers and faxes area right click on your printer
right click go to properties.
click on device settings tab (you have this if you are using the KX driver)llhopefully you are
you will see a button (pdl) click on pdl
changed pdl to pcl5e

Kyocera FS-c5030N printing pages yellow
Push in the charge corona assy. Its behind the left door. Each color has a cleaning rod and charge assy. I've seen this more than once.

FS-C5030N spills blue toner which always goes to the right side of page. Does not happen on every page printed, but happens frequently.
Generally it means you need a new developer unit.

Printer will only print page 1 of multiple page documents
1. Check that you are using the latest print driver - from kyocera website.
2. If the issue is when you print pdf files then make sure you set the printer in KPDL Auto mode - check the print driver settings about this and the printer menu.
3.You may check if you have the latest firmware installed within the printer - print a service status page (Menu->Others->Service).

Colour band at base of page
Check for the latest print driver and eventually for the latest firmware. You may have to switch the print driver to PCL instead of KPDL (Auto). Ask your service provider to do that if you don't have the knowledge.

Slow printine
What memory dimms have been fitted.
Print status page see top right. May need more memory and a hard drive.

Check cable is secure from pc to printer

Check printer can print a status page via printer keypad and is online/ready

If these are ok then it is a print driver issue

Turn off printer, Unplug usb, delete and reinstall print driver
