Friedrich qstar airconditioner

We have a Friedrich qstar from 1992. Its not cooling. Would it be cheaper to have it repaired or should we just get a new system since it is so old. thanks

With the price of a/c today it would be better to replace it then repair it. there could be a leak in the system or a bad compressor.

My ac starts but it doesn't wanna cool whats the problem??

Multiple issues, it could be low on freon (depending on the model replacing it may require a authorized repair man). Or it could be the condenser coils aren't charging properly. When it turns on do you notice an audible click when the temp setting should kick the a/c on? If not it's then the coils could be clogged or not connected properly.

Wall unit leaking water in the front

The problem is in the lines that run from indoor to outdoor unit.
