The rubber seal is breaking up and contaminating food processed
Contact an appliance repair shop or the maker direct on line for the part. Go to a rubber supply shop and ask for food grade rubber and cut your own.
Hence my question. Where do i go to buy these parts? Original Moulinex parts only!!!!!!!
go google and type in--moulinex service agents-- pages will come up one of which is www.sav.moulinex.com which has a select your country option and on entering your country from the drop down box ,you will get service agents available to you

It is safe to remove the white part - I just did it. Lever it off with a knife at the bottom then two clear plastic parts and the spring can be removed. Just don't lose the spring!
