New v3xx razor

Hello, Just got a new v3xx razor. I have a question on the volume of the keypad. When I press the buttons the volume is loud even setting it on ringer vol. #1. I have to set it on silent to text or call. Is this normal? or is there another area where I can set the keypad volume? Thanks in advance! Tara

How can I change the keypad volume of Samsung SHS 3120 digital lock . TQ

Hello,

To change the volume of your keypad is quite simple. You will have to go to the menu of the phone, then select the settings, go to tone settings and check the keypad tone, you can reduce it by pressing the own button by the side of the phone or from the navigational key, then save the new tone volume, then the keypad reduces.

Hope this was helpful to you.

How can I stop the bleep tone when I am creatng a text message? Do I have to put the phone on silent mode every time?

You can adjust the volume and change the sound it makes. To adjust the volume, press the menu button, then go to "Settings & Tools". Under Settings & Tools, select "Sounds Settings" (it should be #4). Then select "Keypad Volume" (should also be #4). If you want the noise completely gone, scroll down until it says "off" and press ok. If you were talking about something else, let me know. Hope this helps!

    Volume not loud enough

When you're in a call, there are two buttons on the left side of the phone that control the volume.  Outside a call these buttons control the ringer volume.
