Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I really need help on how to download videos with out errors or without it sayin refresh database then failed
Can we download videos from youtube and upload it in the mp3 player

You will have to use the sansa media converter to achieve that. If you receive refresh database failed then you must be doing something wrong with the player. This usually happens when you delete a file in the player and it was not cleanly deleted.

I lost the software cd so im stuck up . help me regarding the procedures to install that software and where can i find that software. i can only play audio songs but i want to play videos songs n photos but dont know how to install n where to find that sofware including the media converter..

The best solution is to drag it on the media converter but when I do that, it says disconnected when its not.WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT!?!?

whenever i try the rca smv converter it says that there is no codec.
my problem is that i need to know how to put videos on my mp4 player i need help how do i do that .
The sansa media converter didn't come on the mini cd that I can find anyway. Got a mini cd but all it was is how to buy music at best buy. What the heck are they thinking at Sansa to send these out without the converter? And the users manual is a joke. I've heard these things are all downloadable, and also a recovery program if it crashes, and a real user manual, but where. searching sansa's site i found no help.

When I try to convert a video file, the process fails because of "unsupported filename." I have no idea what the problem is.
