Hanshing driver I have a 6.6megapixel Hanshing Cam digital camera and a windows vista home basic computer. When I try to load the camer onto the computer, it tells me to contact the maker for a driver. Can you help.

I just bought the same camera and it wouldn't work with the cd either. i had to make sure that on the camera it was set to "pc" and that "mass storage" was selected before plugging the camera into my pc. hope this helps.

Which driver did you try to install? Try this one; http://www.treiberupdate.de/treiber-download/download-159429-treiber-Hanshing-HS308.html Click halfway down where it says "treiber download" - sorry website is in German - the driver itself once downloaded is all in English. Memory Cardcog Not Recognized

the format of the card may not be recognised because either the terminals are in need of cleaning or the card needs to be formatted, this option should be in the camera settings or you can format it in a pc card reader.
