Question about Saeco Vienna De Luxe Espresso Machine
The machine has been working fine for 3 years now. I have a few espressos each day, so the machine is always on. I never turn it off except to clean it. I was told that this shouldn't be a problem. Well, a few days ago I wake up to a machine with no power. No lights, no noise. Looks like an electical problem, but I still tried a different power outlet, on-off button several times, removed & replaced brew-group, etc. no luck, not responsive. I haven't taken it apart and would rather leave that to a technician of course. I'm hoping it's not an expensive electrical repair. Any advice?
The heating element also has a thermal sensor that can trip. They are at the bottom of the heating element, have an amber color and have a small reset switch in the middle of the two electrical power leads. When pushing the switch a small audible click is heard and this resets the thermal fuse.

Sounds like it could be a simple fuse in the machine or just needs a reset code

Grinder sound like it is grinding to fine. Increase the grinder size. Remember to only change grinder setting when the grinder is spinning.
Hope this helps!

Machine not turning on.
1. removed caseing. 2. checked on/off switch for continuety. 3. checked heater element for continuety but no reading, possibly fused.
