1) Make your first call.
2) Press the cnf/trn button.
3) Press one of your open line buttons on the right.
4) Dial europe number.
5) Let it ring a couple of times then press the cnf/trn button again.

As if your using samsung star gt-s5233 it will support for conference call but your service provider does not support for conference.I think you are using vodafone SIM means it does not support conference call conference as been bared by the company.As they have vodafone to vodafone free calls they will not allow customer to conference as the customers try to put all vodafone customer to conference and talk to each other.

PLease do below listed Steps
1. make call
2. Put first call on Hold and make 2nd call
3. Open Option button and select Conference from menu
Note: you need to active conference service from your service provider and also your phone has to supported conference service..
To make a conference call, simply make your first call. Then put the first call on hold and dial the next number. To conference, scroll through the handset menu and select the conference feature. Now your calls are connected. To invite another person, follow the same steps again.
Here are the instructions for making a conference call on a Norstar system.
Conference [Feature] 
Establish a conference call between yourself and two other parties.
1.Make or answer the first call. 2.Put the first call on hold. 3.Make or answer the second call. 4.After the second call is connected, press [Feature] . 5.Press the line or intercom button of the first held call. 6.Press [Rls] to end the conference call
To remove yourself from a conference permanently (unsupervised conference):
Press [Feature]  . The other two callers remain connected. (Some external lines may not support this feature.)
To put a conference on hold:
Press [Hold]. The other two callers can still talk to each other.
To split a conference:
Press the line or intercom button of one caller to consult privately while the other caller is on hold. To re-establish the conference, press [Feature] .
To disconnect one party:
Press the line or intercom button of the caller you want to disconnect, then press [Rls].
Press the line or intercom button of the remaining caller to resume your conversation.
To independently hold two calls:
Press the line or intercom button of the first caller, then press [Hold]. The second caller is automatically put on hold. To re-establish the conference, retrieve one call from hold, press [Feature] , then retrieve the second call from hold.
this will be threw your service provider to set up more than a 3 way calling plan
3 way should be standard service with only 3 people at time anything extra needed the service provider can set up the extra 3 waying +
on the phone handset if your just looking for in home conference calling to others just click the conference button find the handset you want to talk too or all the handsets this is conference calling
With a call in progress, press CONFERENCE, dial the internal or external number (you may have to dial 9), then press CONFERENCE again. This will join the three together.
Note: for two external calls, your extension must have the ability to access more than one outside line.
