This washer has a mind of its on! QAt times it runs fine and then you go out and start and it just spits a little water and stops. His continues until the 2 yellow lights start blinking. If you try to rinse, same thing, spin, same thing. Then you unplug it, it might do the same thing or it may run fine! Hit or miss........ Anyone experienced this? I had a new circuit board put in......
130. (10000010) Single Rotor Position Sensor Error
The Motor Control Module has found an error in the pattern received from the Rotor
Position Sensor. Likely causes of this fault are a bad connection on the harness between
the Rotor Position Sensor and the Motor Control Module, or a faulty Rotor Position Sensor.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action: Check for corrosion on the RAST connector of the Rotor Position
Sensor and the Motor Control Module connector.
Secondary Source: Rotor Position Sensor.
Action: Check the Rotor Position Sensor with an R.P.S. tester. Replace if
faulty.
Tertiary Source: Motor Control Module.
Action: Replace Motor Control Module.
Quaternary Source: Rotor
Action: Ensure the correct rotor for this phase of machine has been fitted
SOURCE: Machine stops during run time & lights keep flashing and beeping
it may be a balance problem
SOURCE: fisher paykel will not complete rinse spin cycle
will sence it will spin once the water is out .that must mean your pump is restricted.unplug go to buttom of washer find pump and clean out
SOURCE: Fisher Paykel Gw11, leaking, loud noise, not going through cycle
pump is a common fault and easy to change for about $25. all sound related. new machines are pretty inexpensive. your call
SOURCE: fault with my fisher & paykel GW708
i found with mine i had the same fault and it only happened on cold ( i only wash with cold and have hot tap turned off) when on spin it would continue to fill and if i turned the tap off and back on it would stop. this means it is a sticky solonoid valve. remover the controle panel. leaver the solonoid coil off the valve. use needle nose pliers in the little slots to unscrew the valve counter clockwise. check rubber isnt split. if it is replace. clean out and re assemble. if the problem persists and you only use cold like i do swap the hot and cold solonoid over. hope this helps
It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.
