To make a Conference Call
1. While on a call, press Cnf/Trn_____.
2. Dial a [DN] (or access an outside line and
dial an external telephone number).
3. Press Cnf/Trn after the called party answers.
All parties are conferenced together.
If you added an outside line to the call, press
Cnf/Trn again before hanging up to allow
the outside parties to continue talking. (If
you do not, the call is disconnected).
Note Some types of outside lines
(“unsupervised”) do not automatically
disconnect when conferenced parties
hang up. In this case, press one of the
flashing buttons to monitor the
conference.
If the parties are still on the line, press Cnf/Trn
+ Spkr, then hang up. When no one is
on the line, press Spkr to disconnect the
lines.

Are conference tables and dining room tables interchangeable?

I definitely suggest using your conference room table as adining room table because all you need to do is put some placemats and acenterpiece and it morphs into a dining table. I'm not sure that I'd recommend using your dining room table as aconference table because it might look out of place in an office. Also, conference tables tend to have holes inthe center for cords or phones to be plugged in to.

Can anyone tell me how to place a conference call using the Polycom SoundStation2 when both calls are incoming? I am able to place an incoming call on hold and dial another number and conference them...

No it can't. One call at least must be dialed out to. Try using a conference bridge service if you want to have multiple parties call in to you. Then you and all guests only need to call bridge number which is usually toll free.

MITEL 5303 Conference Phone question: during connection of a few numbers and 1 number is busy - how do you drop that call without dropping all parties connected?

I believe that if you reach a busy signal, you can hang up. The conference should ring you back and the rest of the conference will be there.

Here's what the documentation shows from within the help of a 3300 ICP/MCD...

a 5303 is to be treated just like a 2500 series set...
