Check the following:
1) Drum unit
Is the drum unit installed in host machine?
NO : Install the drum unit.
2) Connection
Is the connection of the connector (J908) on the BD detection
PCB, connector (J907) of the laser unit, and connector (J102) on
the DC controller PCB normal?
NO : Correct the connection.
3) Laser/scanner unit, DC controller PCB
Try replacing the laser/scanner unit. Is the fault corrected?
YES : End.
NO : Replace the DC controller PCB

Image drum up-down movement position detection error. Is the image drum unit removed and installed smoothly? If yes then re-install it If no then Be sure of the connection of the image drum
up-down clutch connector.
- ALSO -
Is the connector of the image drum up-down clutch is connected properly? If yes then Replace the toner sensor board. If no then Connect the image drum updown clutch properly.

9. DRV PCB connector is disconnected.
10. DRV PCB is defective.
11. SPC PCB connector is disconnected.
12. SPC PCB is defective.
13. LVPS is defective

the corona unit is situated above the drum,in the drum casing and can easily be removed with 1 screw.

The drum and toner can become stuck in the machine if the develop joint link is not attached properly.

1. Open the front cover.

2. Remove the drum and toner.

- If you are able to remove the drum and toner, the issue is resolved.

- If you are unable to remove the drum and toner, continue to the next step.

3. Looking into the interior of the machine, there should be a plastic latch (develop joint link) on the left side of the machine that is connected to the front cover (connector), an inch left of the manual feed slot. This plastic latch is usually not the same color as the front and side cover.

- If the develop joint link (plastic latch) is there but not connected to the connector on the front cover, continue to STEP 4.

- If the develop joint link (plastic latch) or the connector on the front cover is broken, go to STEP 5.

4. Pull the end of the develop joint link (plastic latch) towards the connector on the front cover. If the develop joint link (plastic latch) pulls out, pull it gently to the left of the connector and then push it over the connector, securing it firmly onto the connector. Remove the drum and toner.

- If you are able to remove the drum and toner, the issue is resolved.

- If you are unable to remove the drum and toner or secure the develop joint link (plastic latch) onto the connector, continue to the next step.

5. Pull the end of the develop joint link (plastic latch) towards the connector on the front cover. Keep the latch pulled out and remove the drum and toner.

The error is an indication a motor speed problem. You will need to check the following:

- Check the wiring harness. Verify all connections between the Drive Motor, Motor Control Unit (MCU), and Central Control Unit (CCU).

NOTE: The MCU is a circuit board located in the vicinity of the Drive Motor on the bottom rear of the washer. To access the MCU, you will need to remove the back panel of the washer.

NOTE: The CCU is the main computer for the washer and is located behind the wash tub. You will need to remove the top panel to access the CCU. This is accomplished by removing the three screws in the back of the washer that hold the top in place. Once the screws are removed, the top panel will slide back, then lift off.

- Check the Drive Motor. Perform a continuity check of the Drive Motor windings. Remove the connector plug and check across pins 1 to 2, 2 to 3, and 1 to 3. All readings should be approximately 6 ohms. HINT: You can also take this reading by removing connector 2 from the MCU and measuring across pins 1, 2 and 3. If the readings are good, this will also prove the wiring and connector good.

- Check the MCU. The connectors are numbered 1 to 3 (L to R). That is, with the MCU installed, connector 1 is on the bottom, followed by 2 in the middle, and 3 on top.

Connector 1 - is the serial communications link between the MCU and CCU and has three wires. At the opposite end, this will be the 2nd connector from the rear on the left-hand side of the CCU.
Connector 2 - is the link between the MCU and the Drive Motor. Pins 1, 2, and 3 on this connector are the Drive Motor windings. Pins 4 and 5 are for the tachometer.
Connector 3 - is the primary power connector. Pins 1 to 2 should read 120VAC with the door in the locked position. Pin 3 is ground. At the opposite end, this is the 4th connector from the right on the front of the CCU.

NOTE: All the connector pins are numbered R to L.

If your continuity readings are normal for the Drive Motor and you have verified all connectors, replace the MCU.

If any of the Drive Motor windings indicate readings higher that 6 ohms, replace the Drive Motor.

this can be caused by a few things one is the drum is worn or may be dirty and the fuser is worn. if you open up the fron door you will see the toner hopper and bottle to the left lift the green lever and move the lever under neath to the left ot remove the bottle,, once this is removed you will see a connector.. turn the machine off and remove the connector .. look at the drum unit and at eh front you will see a silver strip on teh cover press here whilst pulling the drum unit out thsi will release the catch..once you have the drum unit out have a look at he condition of the drum(blue cylinder) and see if you hold the copied page up to the surface where the martks are and see of you can see the surface of the drum for wear thatt corresponds to that on the page.. if the surface is worn you will have to replace the opc drum.. you can also turn the drum at the edge down and see if there is toner dropping down or any paper dust.. this can cause the unit not to clean properly..if the drum has not been changed before you may be advised to cahnge the whole pcu(DRUM/DEV)unit.. Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the tire and wheel.
3. Remove the brake drum.
   1. Remove and DISCARD the wheel bearing/hub bolts.
   2. Remove the wheel bearing/hub.
   3. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (2).Installation Procedure
   4. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (2).
      1. Install the wheel bearing/hub. Caution: These fasteners MUST be replaced with new fasteners anytime they become loose or are removed. Failure to replace these fasteners after they become loose or are removed may cause loss of vehicle control and personal injury. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
      2. Install the NEW wheel bearing/hub bolts.
      • Tighten the NEW wheel bearing/hub bolts to 80 Nm (59 lb ft) .
      1. Install the brake drum.
      2. Install the tire and wheel.
      3. Lower the vehicle.

When you say drum, I assume that you mean the flywheel. It doesn't need to be removed. There should be a screw holding the ignition module on. Just simply remove the screw.

As far as the oil goes, that's normal. Just clean it up a little.
