How old are the batteries? When you connect the charger, if the charger indicates the batteries are charged within a few minutes and the battery power does not last more than 1-2 hours or less, it may indicate that that the batteries will not take a charge anymore and need to be replaced.
If the battery indicator on the scooter says the batteries are charged but the scooter still will not move, make sure the freewheel lever is in the drive position.

The small batteries (17 Amp hour I believe) are notorious for lasting a year and often much less. I consistently replace the original OEM batteries supplied with this chair at the 6 month point. The manufacturer warrants these sealed gel lead acid batteries for only 6 months. Try the AGM (advanced glass mat ) batteries and you should get better life out of them. They might be more expensive at retail pricing but your insurance should pay for the better batteries in my experience. Make sure the charger replaced under warranty is the correct amperage for these small batteries otherwise the output could burn the battery plates.

Hi, The battery cell is too weak to power up the phone.

You will have to leave the phone charging for more hours for the battery cell to come up to be able to power on the phone.

If after charging the battery for longer hours and it doesn't come up,that means the battery cell is dead and will need to be replaced with another battery.

there is nothing wrong with your charger. The problem is from your battery.

The battery cell is very weak, such that it does not have the ability to with hold power for long.

Therefore, get another battery and the problem will be resolved. But make sure you charge the new battery till its full before you start using it.

The green light on the charger usually indicates that the batteries are fully charged and you are ready to go. Does the controller show the batteries are fully charged? Can you operate the power wheel chair for several hours? If so, you are good to go.

Any battery should start charging for over 8 hours and then it goes down to 4 hours, however no one working on a job wait 4 hours to get the batteries charged so they start cutting time and for that it get less and less charges inside and after a while it refuse to take any charge..Drain your batteries totally, charge them over night, see if that work if not just use them tell you are done with them, and get new equipments not new battery. When buying new equipments and charging them remember never use it until you fully charge it for 8 hours and not even use it for a second before it’s fully charged... I have a Curve too and my battery life has never been longer than 7 hours, I have to bring my charger to work to make it through the day. I am on my second battery too and no improvement. I have also taken off any programs that may **** battery life and its not helping.

Are you using the factory charger? If you use after market chargers you could basically blow the battery.
