Best Buy Digital Music Store is a bust. You must go to http://www.rhapsody.com and download the latest version of their Rhapsody Software. Once installed and configured, Rhapsody may ask you to install Helix DRM but the process is automated and the setup program handles it for you quite well. Then you are off to the races!!! It's always best to use the recommended software for best results with your player and there should not be a requirement to purchase to use the software for file management. If needed, the software can be downloaded here.

I use Rhapsody with Vista. You need to go to Rhapsody's website (or Best Buy Digital Music Store, which runs the same software) and download the updated version, which will work just fine.
Purchased music from iTunes can be put on Sansa players as well when you set-up Rhapsody to manage your music. Have the program detect your music library and then all you have to do is drag and drop to your MP3 player.
