LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone Logo

Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Transferred pictures don't show up in phone

When transferring pictures from my computer to my micro-SD card, an icon with a question mark appears when I go to look at the pictures on the phone. The pictures were originally taken with the enV and I have not changed the format in any way. They show up fine when I put the micro-SD card in my computer. Why can't I see the pictures on my phone? They are jpeg images set at a resolution of 1600 x 1200.

I figured out a solution. In Photoshop, I re-saved the pictures, making sure that the format was Baseline (Standard) and now they show up on my phone.

How can I transfer data from internal storage to micro sd card

**Insert the micro SD card and check to confirm your device sees and acknowledges it. Settings/device -storage/SD card **Open file manager You ought to see displayed -Storage -SD card **Navigate to the folder containing the data you want to transfer and long press on it in order to select it. **An array of icons will be displayed: instead of selecting the scissors tool (for cut operation), select the copy tool (two pages of a book slightly shifted and placed on top of each other symbol) **Navigate your way to the SD card storage: First, select it in order to open it up. Long press inside the open drive/folder to paste there.

I transferred my data from the micro sd card to my pc & formatted the micro sd card.but after re-transferring the data, mainly images, it is not being displayed.it seems the card is hang up.

Hi,

Where do you use your SD card? If you are using it for a digital camera, you should format it using your camera. Don't format it using your computer.

I just bought the DANE-ELEC Micro SD. It comes with the Micro Card and the USB and the SD Adapter. I am trying to get the pictures from my phone to my computer. There are no instructions so I do not...

Put the Micro SD card into your phone and transfer the pictures to it. Once you have transferred the pictures, take the card out of your phone and put it into the SD Adapter and then into the USB Adapter. Once you have done that plug the USB Adapter into your computer and wait for it to load. After waiting a few seconds, click start, my computer, then double click on the SD card icon. Your pictures should load and you should be able to transfer them to your computer.

How do I upload pictures from my Samsung Strive onto my Gateway laptop comuter.

1. Purchase a micro-SD card with an adapter for a normal-sized SD card.2. Plug in the micro-SD card to the back of the phone. Make sure the power is off when you do this, of you could unintentionally harm your phone.3. Power back on, and transfer the pictures to the micro-SD card.4. Shut the phone back off and remove the card again. Place it into the adapter.
If your Gateway laptop has a SD card reader:
5. Put the adapter into there.6. Transfer the pictures to you computer. Done!
If your laptop doesn't have a SD card reader:
5. You'll need to purchase a second adapter that adapts the regular-sized SD card to a USB port.6. Following the manufacturer's instructions, put the SD card into the second adapter.7. Transfer the pictures to your computer. Done!

Best of luck, Juseppi

Computer not recognizing 2G PNY Micro Sd

No problem at all. As long as the phone recognizes the memory card, you can transfer the pics from it. What you do is - connect the phone to the PC as a Mass Storage Device through a data cable using the USB port. It will appear in My Computer as an additional drive which can be used as any other drive in the HDD. Copy, paste, delete, whatever. However, remember that after the file transfer you must first stop using the card from an icon in the system tray and only when it tell you that it is safe to remove the card, then only detach it from the PC. Else there are chances of you card getting damaged.

How can you import pictures in inbox on cell phone to the microchip SD 2gb inserted in phone?

Micro SD cards for cell phones are now costing less and are holding more memory. 4GB SD cards can hold an estimated 1000 songs, over 13,000 images, or 22 hours of video individually. 2GB memory cards hold roughly half those estimates and 8GB SD cards would hold double. So if your cell phonemag-glass_10x10.gif has a SD card slot learn how to utilize this expandable memory option on your device. Follow these steps and you will soon be enjoying your music, pictures, and video on your phone!
  1. Insert your SD memory card adaptor (with micro SD card inserted) into your SD Card drive on your computer. This should open a "Secure Digital Storage Device" or similar window. If not, go to "My Computer" to locate your SD card and open it.
  2. Step 2 To transfer picture files to your SD memory card, open the folder or file that your pictures are stored on. Simply click and drag a file or multiple files and drop them into your SD Card window or folder. You can also copy a picture and then paste it to the SD Card.
  3. Step 3 To transfer music files to your SD memory card, open your "My Music" folder. Select the folder where you are going to get the music from (Itunes, Yahoo Music...). Click, drag, and drop the files into the SD Card window or copy and paste them in.
  4. Step 4 To transfer video files to your SD memory card, open your "My Videos" folder. Select the folder where you are going to get the video from. Click, drag, and drop the files into the SD Card window or copy and paste them in.
  5. Step 5 Take out the SD memory card adaptor from its drive. Remove the Micro SD card (small chip for your phone) and insert it into the SD Card drive on your Blackberry, IPhone, or other compatible cell phone.
  6. Step 6 Go to your media, picture, or music folder in your cell phonesmag-glass_10x10.gif menu. Select which item you are looking for and your files will appear!

Can I transfer pictures from my computer back to my chip

If you have a micro SD card that has an adapter for your computer you can plug it into your computer and open it inside an explorer window and drag and drop pictures from your computer folder to your picture folder on the micro SD card. You can definitely do it. I just did it for a friend of mine and it works perfectly. That's why they sell the micro SD cards with the adapters for your computers...so you can transfer things back and forth. Mine is the 8GB Kingston that comes with adapters from micro to mini to regular SD card and to USB port. I bought it from Newegg.com for under $20.

Transferred pictures don't show up in phone

Check with the manual and see what type of format is/are supported by your phone. I have had both LG and Samsung phones and unfortunately, they do not share the same formats for pix, flix, I think the music files are similar.

Transfering pictures

well the easiest solution is to get a micro sd card for 15 bucks and transfer them that way.

Did you download the drivers for your blackjack onto your computer is the next question.

assuming you did, and it is working correctly, just simply go to my computer (windows based) while plugged into your usb, you should be able to just file explore there. that will bring up your pictures.

(last suggestion, go to a cvs, walgreens, etc...and bluetooth them to a kodak picture kiosk, put them on a cd for 3 bucks.
