Magic jack can not load on my phone

Contact magic jack. They can download it for you on your new computer. They did it for me about 4 years ago.

that phone should work with magicjack , you are not getting a dial tone because you are no setting it up right somewhere along the line ,

If your tv has internet access and you can run their software on it then it will, otherwise no.

...and did you check your internet connection or visit customer care at magicjack.com? Why are you asking about it here?

magic jack starts to load and then it asked for my e-mail address when i put my e-mail address in it says it dont rec. it and thats where everything stops

The phone will only show the information that it is given by your phone service provider (Magic Jack).

i have magic jack too. something like that happened to me and i went to the http://www.magicjack.com/6/index.asp website, and you might have to sign into your magic jack account with the phone number or email and your password and i think you can download the software from there. or you can chat live with someone on the site too. hope this helps :)

plug in magic jack into usb slot,wait for processing enter your mail id and assign password to your magic jack account, t will generate tr phone no.
