Can you check and see if plugged in or if power is getting to cd changer first, if so then check for jammed cds, in no jammed cd then reset system. should see some kind of reset on changer or radio and start over

Check with Crutchfield as if they have that type of equipment they might have that info. Otherwise check on Hi Fi Engine.

My car battery died.when i put in a new my cd player stop working

If your radio is still working, then your power is OK. The Sony CD changer gets its power from the Sony Unilink cable. It is possible that it passed a power spike down to your CD player while hooking up your battery cables.

I just had a CDX-757MX just die a few days ago myself. My radio, amps, and other changers are still working. Could be an unfortunate coincidence.

CeNet connection to unit is not working

Provided that you're using the same cable you used for the last changer, it sounds like the new changer is defective.
