If you are using windows XP here is a link to your required driver http://rapidshare.com/files/172201675/enet_webcam_XP-2K-98.rar And if your using VISTA this is the link http://rapidshare.com/files/172201090/enet_webcam_vista.rar
The website is still active for me, it might have just been down for you or possibly the site you went to was for your specific country as the USA based one still works.
Try this link as it will provide the directions to get it working (step by step)
If problem persists after downloading software, then that means that ink had clogged the printheads after drying up on old installed cartridges. In that case either order a new printhead from Epson, or replace the printer.
Sounds like the drivers are not installing properly. Are you installing through the CD or downloading the drivers from the HP website. Since a lot of the new drivers are no longer supporting XP you will need to download a scrubber utility and delete all of the pre installed drivers and attempt to reinstall through a manual installation of the drivers.
Below is the full text of an email I sent to the Adesso Company. They sent me a response in just a couple of days.

It works fine on my old computer but not on my new vista computer. I downloaded the new drivers from your website that say Vista on them but I still get a double cursor. I have found that many people on internet forums are having this same problem. Are you going to make a vista compatable driver for the 8600?
Am also trying to reinstall inetcam and the site no longer exists to confirm code.
