I have a 6.6mega pixel digital camera - make is Hanshing Cam.
I have tried to install a driver but it says that I need to contact the maker to give me a driver name or number.
My computer is Windows Vista Home Basic.
Can anyone advise me.

Re: selecting a driver for my camera
Which driver did you try to install?
Try this one;
Click halfway down where it says "treiber download" - sorry website is in German - the driver itself once downloaded is all in English.
If you still need to contact Hanshing, you can email them from this link;
click on "contact us" at the top right
Hope this helps :)

the format of the card may not be recognised because either the terminals are in need of cleaning or the card needs to be formatted, this option should be in the camera settings or you can format it in a pc card reader.
i just bought the same camera and it wouldn't work with the cd either. i had to make sure that on the camera it was set to "pc" and that "mass storage" was selected before plugging the camera into my pc. hope this helps.
