How do I change the time on my 8324sj, comdial/ Impact phone system? Pam

    Impact is not a name of the system its a model of your phone. Please find a model on the box in the phone closet. Programming for different system is different. Come back with more information

I have a Comdial Impact phone system that night answer turns on at 4pm. I need to change the time but can't find anywhere in the manual where it says to change the time.
Is is call 'Night Transferred'. This says it is done with a button. The manuals are dreadful! I can't find anything 'timed'.

We have an entire office phone system with Comdial Impact SCS 8324SJ Phones. I need to update the names that appear on each phone display and I cannot find instructions for this model anywhere. Any as
(this worked for me, but I am not sure if I have the same model number) Try this...1. press INTERCOM
2. Dial *#06

3. dial the station/port number (not the extension. hit speaker and it will show you the port number and the name associated)

4. Dial # to clear current entry
5. Dial two-digit codes that correspond to letters in name (below)
6. Press speaker to end
A = 21 M = 61 Y = 93
B = 22 N = 62 Z = 13
C = 23 O = 63
D = 31 P = 71
E = 32 Q = 11
F = 33 R = 72
G = 41 S = 73
H = 42 T = 81
I = 43 U = 82
J = 51 V = 83
K = 52 W = 91
L = 53 X = 92

Need to know how to change time on Comdial GCA70-281
  1. Programming the time and date for a Comdial Impact digital phone system must be done from the attendant's station, usually the phone located closest to the Comdial controller. Go to this station before attempting to change the time.
  2. Step 2 set-clock_thumb.jpg Now the phone system's clock is ready to be reset. Without picking up the handset, press the "Intercom" button on the phone. Dial * # 0 1. The digital display2.gif should read "Set Clock"
  3. Step 3 Set the year by dialing two digits (00-99)
  4. Step 4 Set the month by dialing two digits (01-12)
  5. Step 5 Set the day by dialing two digits (01-31)
  6. Step 6 Set the hour by dialing two digits (01-23)
  7. Step 7 Set the minutes by dialing two digits (00-59)
  8. Step 8 set-clock2_thumb.jpg Comdial Impact phone with updated day and time. Pick up the handset and set it back down to set the programming changes. The new date and time should display immediately on all phones connected to the Comdial system

Change number of rings on Comdial Impact
Thsi change needs to be made in sys programming. Usually with a pc and vmmi software.

If you have that, call up your station and there is a setting for station fwd to vm setting you can adjust.
