Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 Digital Camera
Hi, here's my problem. When I turn on my camera it says "Access" and then the "Turn off and on again" message. I have tried the solution that was posted to another person's question where you gently pull the lens out, but when I gently pull the lens out it doesn't go any farther than it already is. I was wondering if there is another solution to this problem that I can do myself or if I'm just not doing it right. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
You can try this if you know how to open up the front cover of the camera.once you open up the front cover you can see to long connector from the lens module connected to the main PCB.this two connector alway have contact problem.try to clean up the contact and re-insert in again you may solve the problem.hope it help.
