I have the same problem only mine plays one CD once in awhile and never three. I was told to pull the plug from the wall receptacle and reset the factory settings for about an hour. This hasnt helped. I also cleaned the CD`s and laser beam.

I know that this sounds like a crazy solution to Pitsy`s CD problem but today i took a chance by using my lawn gas blower. First I opened the drawers of my CD turntable and also my cassett doors. I put ear plugs on and blasted the air into the openings. All i can say is it is now working fine !! Lou F.

I had a similar problem which responded to the use of a CD cleaner disc to clean the laser lens reading the CD. The "err" messages stopped and the changer started to work as it had before. Perhaps this will correct your problem too.
What does it do if you put 3 discs in and select each one? You don't say what it does with the other two trays. It would help to know that they work. If not, you have a bigger issue. Let me know.
It fixed it's self, the next day the changer was working normal.the battery is weak and going to be replaced.so maybe the problem was low system voltage." IT'S A JEEP THING " ???
