F2 error code drawer

We have a dent in our bottom drawer - can we buy a replacement panel or do we need a whole new drawer? How much would it be?

NO POWER TO TOP DRAW
Not sure which model you have but if top drawer in double drawer has no power then it could mean a few things - either the thermal cutoff sensor has blown or the power board at the base of the dishwasher (under bottom drawer has blown). If you are not getting an F2 error on bottom drawer then more likely it is the thermal sensor. Not an easy job to fix as the whole heater assembly has to be replaced. The cutoff is integrated with the heater. The power board is easy to replace provided you have good handyman skills. ALWAYS TAKE OUT MAINS CABLE before working inside the dishwasher.

F2 code on Fisher Paykel dishwasher
The problem is linked to rotor operation during discharge cycle. By replacing the rotor with bottom will only address part of the problem. There is very likely some obstruction in the pump cavity. This is the small channel connecting the drain sump and the pump cavity. Grab a thin but rigid wire and clear this channel. Usually a bone chip or some seed.
Also confirm if the top rotor worked ok when you moved it to the bottom drawer.

The top drawer of our F & P dishwasher is showing and F2 fault, I have just fitted a new front control unit. F2 is the pump I believe, where on the unit do I find that?
The F2 fault implies there is a problem with the motor rotor which is located under the drain plate at the bottom right in the centre of the drawer. The rotor is actually driving the wash arms.

F2 does not necessarily mean you have to replace the rotor. It is also possible there is some debris inside the rotor cavity which is preventing the rotor from rotating at the normal speed.

Remove the racks and the wash arm. Twist the centre ring so that it disengages the drain plate. You can then pull the rotor out with a few back and forth twisting motions. Check if the cavity is clean. Re-insert everthing and start the wash cycle. If F2 comes in again, you will have to eliminate the cause by using the rotor from the bottom drawer and see if it makes any difference. You may then have to buy a replacement part.

I have a f1 come up and a f2 on my dishwasher what is it
f1 = Flood Code

This means that the dishwasher most likely has a leak

There is a float switch in the bottom of the machine and when water gets down there it trips the code

F2 = Roter not moving

you can remove the basket and spray arm and pull the roter out and make sure its clean and give it a try.

There is an error code f2. How can I fix this?
The F2 code= siezed pump. To check remove all the dishes followed by the grey dish wrack wedged in the bottom. Lift off the plastic spray arm to reveal a grey plastic ring around the outside of the stainless mesh, and you will also see the blue plastic impeller. Turn this anti clockwise and lift out the whole stainless mesh cover. Then there is a brownish ring with the blue pump impeller on top. Turn this anticlockwise and the pump should lift straight up and out. The impeller may have come off and lifted off with it the brown ring leaving the rest of the pump stuck in the hole. So be careful here, get it out without damaging the housing it fits into. Replace the motor/impeller unit and off you go. Yours could just be stuck of course. A clean may do the same trick.

Samsung DW80F800UWS/AC 5E Error - fixed - now oE error no water we started with a 5E error - now water in dishwasher. cycle would start and then would drain immediately before running - replaced both hoses water in and out and replaced the case break assembly and now I have a oE error. There is no water in dishwasher and it does not fill - when you open the door you hear the pump working - I did dump a litre of water in and it drained right away out of the maching as it should but the oE error stayed on. The oE error runs the drain - then stops and then starts all over again even when you haven't started the dishwasher. I have also taken apart the flow hose that goes into the sensor on the case break assy and blew through it to ensure there was no blockage in the hose. All clear. Any suggestions.
