At the time of this writing (3/30/08) they had posted an XP driver and the "Installation CD content" as ZIP files.
I have downloaded both, have (as yet) tried neither. However I have had this camera working (on Vista no less!) with the original drivers provided.

LINUX SOLUTION FOUND!!
Ubuntu 8.04
I used the Synaptic Package Manager to install:
gphoto2
gphotofs
gtkam
gthumb
I used gtkam GUI to select the driver: Philips P44417S (mars MR97310)
