All the scans results with a blue band at the bottom of the scan!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, Have you tried these possible solutions; 1.Clean the surface of scanner bed. 2.Uninstalled/reinstall scanner driver/software. 3.Check scanner manufacture web site for driver/firmware updates. 4.checked the underside of the scanner glass for lint, dust that may cause a bad calibration.

Hi,
I'm not having that problem, but I'm getting a blue hase the length of the bed on one side. Only solution I know of is to send it back to UMAX support. Which I'm about to do right now. Mine was 5 days out of warranty when it happened!!!

We have purchased the scanner Umax power look 2100xl (p/n - 960201-11).A scsi card is with the scanner.INITIO is the make of scsi card and the numerics written on the card are pci-9100s,ao1p421,aq58g5.1 . I am facing the problem in installing the Scanner. My pc is of 64bit hardware and xp professional of 64bit is loaded on it .when I install the scsi card its not picking the driver of scsi card. Plz provide the driver of scanner and scsi card that can run on xp pro of 64bit windows.
Thanks
