Bluetooth dosent switch on

open bluetooth in your mobile
open for all/show to all
switch on earpiece
long press the bt button comes with earpiece
now search for any bt device in your phone once detected
add to your bt list
next time whenever wanted to connect
just switch on bt in mob n ep
and long press the ep bt button

Check to see that the laptop has a Bluetooth adapter installed. Click on the "Start" menu in the lower-left corner of the desktop. Click on "Control Panel." Click on "Performance and Maintenance" and then on "System." Click the "Hardware" tab in the System Properties window. Click on the "Device Manager" button. Look for a small blue icon that says "Bluetooth Devices." Click on the "+" next to it to expand the menu. There should be at least one Bluetooth device listed. This indicates that your laptop has a Bluetooth adapter. Turn on the Bluetooth device by locating the physical or software switch that activates the adapter. Check the outside edge of the laptop for a button or switch that is labeled "Bluetooth," shows a picture of the Bluetooth icon or is labeled "Wireless." Turn this to the "On" position. If no physical switch exists, check the function keys on top of the keyboard. Look for one that shows a wireless symbol. This may look like a small antenna with waves radiating out from the top. Hold down the "Fn" or "Function" button and press the corresponding function key until the computer indicates that Bluetooth is turned on. Locate the Bluetooth icon in the system tray in the lower-right corner of the desktop. It will match the appearance of the Bluetooth icon you located in the Device Manager. It may have a red symbol in the center that indicates that the Bluetooth is turned off. Right-click on this icon and choose "Start the Bluetooth Device" from the menu. Test the Bluetooth by connecting a Bluetooth device. Right-click on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray. Use the "Quick Connect" option or follow the Bluetooth setup wizard accessed through the "Add a Bluetooth Device" option. Hope this helps.

Two methods are there to use your phone as modem
1)you can use your PC suit to use your phone as modem You need PC suit software provide by SAMSUNG
To use your phone as modem *install the pc suit software *Open PC suit and select "Connect too internet" *if its failed you can use manual setting by selecting "Connect to internet">Select access point>select the name of network operator from the access point list(if you did't get your network operators name in the list you need to contact your network operators customer care they provide the access point name you need enter this access point in the manual updation list and try to connect now.....

2)you can use Bluetooth technology to connect to internet For this you need *Bluetooth on your PC and phone
To connect(in windows OS) *Click on Bluetooth symbol on task bar *Select add device select from device which can be connected to your pc list(set your bluetooth device to visible mode) *Add your device to your pc Add completion of the above...

*Again click on bluetooth symbol on task bar *Select "show all devices" *now select your device(one click) at this time 4 options appears on top your devices list *select connect using>access point

and 2nd method is *Again click on bluetooth symbol on task bar *Select "show all devices" *double click on your device *select connect to internet from the dialog box which appears after selecting the your device

Go to settings-connectivity-bluetooth. Tap on the bluetooth symbol to turn it on.
Across the top you will see 3 menus. Tap on the middle menu button, press options then select new paired device.

The Bluetooth symbol on the bottom left of the screen will not show up unless the unit is linked with a compatible phone and Bluetooth is turned on. When the phone is not connected or the Bluetooth is turned off, you will not see this icon. The same thing goes for the Traffic icon. If you do not have an active traffic receiver connected, the Traffic icon will not show up either.

It sounds like your device may be paired with a Bluetooth headset. Try turning off bluetooth connectivity and see if that fixes the issue.

When you turn ON your Supertooth Light for the first time, it will automatically go into Pairing mode ready to be found by devices in Bluetooth searches. This will be the case until you have successfully paired a phone. If you have already paired a
phone, please go to the next section.
1. Power ON your Supertooth Light. The Bluetooth Indicator (3) will turn a blinking
red/blue, The kit is now in pairing mode.
2. Go to Point 3 in the next section, “Pairing to your Bluetooth Mobile phone”

Pairing to your Bluetooth Mobile Phone
Pair the SUPERTOOTH LIGHT to your Bluetooth mobile phone to create a “Pairing”
link, or audio connection between the two. This has to be only done once when first connecting each new phone.
1. From OFF, Press and Hold the Accept Button (1).
2. While holding the Accept Button (1), switch the kit on (Press-and-release the
Microphone Shaft (5)).
3. The Bluetooth Indicator (3) will turn a blinking red/blue, when you see
this, release the Accept Button (1). The kit is now in pairing mode.
4. While the kit is in pairing mode, access the Bluetooth menu of your phone. Turn on the Bluetooth function then execute a Bluetooth search, or discover. (See your phone’s manual for specific instructions.)
5. When the phone displays the list of Bluetooth devices, select ST LIGHT.
6. When the phone asks for the password, enter 0000 and press Ok.
7. Set the ST LIGHT as a trusted/authorized device, if this is option in your phone.
Important Note: The kit is now paired. Most phones automatically connect to the
kit after pairing. With some phones you need to connect manually after pairing.
Go back to Bluetooth > Paired devices > highlight ST LIGHT > press
Options > then press Connect.
When connected you may see the Bluetooth Symbol on your phone change
slightly, either inverting in color or changing to a headset or car symbol. The kit
is now ready to use.
Repeat steps 1 -7 above for each new phone you want to use with the
Supertooth Light.
