Stuck Whenever I turn it my MP3 player on, it gets stuck on the EAX screen. When I plug it into my computer, it's not recognized. It won't turn off either. I dont' recall dropping it so I wonder what I can do to remedy this situation.

Try tapping it on the right side right above the menu button. I did this and mine began to work again.

When I plug in the ac cord, the screen goes to Creative screen,

First thing, make sure your battery is charged. When you power on your player, put it close to your ear.If you can hear the hard drive (a faint clicking noise) then your hard drive may be stuck. When you power on player, tap coner of player on mouse pad while player is booting up.If it doesn't work, try again, tapping a little harder. This is a common problem with these players.Good Luck

My Zen Mozaic is stuck on the start-up screen.

Never mind, I got it. I just let the battery drain all of the way and then charged it. It worked fine afterward.

Rca Opal 4208 Blank screen

If stuck on initilizing then firmware went bad.
You need to go to RCA website download the latest firmware.
After you download the firmware.
plug in mp3 player to your usb device of pc.
After its plugged in install the firmware.
While its installing windows should find the palyer.
Leave it plugged in for about 1 hour to give the battery time to charge a little.

Stuck on but not playing and no button response

When the EAX screen appears tap it hard on the right side, just above the menu button.  Seriously, it works.  I had to tap several times, finally really hard, but the machine came back.  Many others have posted this tip.

Stuck in "sandisk initializing screen"

To those that are having problems with the MP3 player not being recognized. With Windows XP there is a little Icon on your Systems Tray that is called the "Safely Remove Harware Icon". Not using this Icon when unpluging MP3''s or zip drives can cause your PC to no longer recognize it. Toshiba Satellite laptops are known for this, others probably have the same problem. The solution here is to install the latest update of the ACPI Flash Bios for the Toshiba Satellite computer. Maybe this is also the problem with other PCs. To prevent these problems allways click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon before removing the MP3 player or any USB flash drive
1 With your m240 set to MSC and connected, go to "My Computer" and "right click" on the "Sansa m240" icon and select "Properties"
2 In that window, select the "Hardware" tab
4. In that "All Disk Drives" window, highlight the "Sansa m240" drive and select "Properties" (at the bottom)
5. In that window, select "Policies"
6. And there, set it to " Optimize for Quick Removal" and click OK and OK again
