I have the same problem.  When the 160gb mobile lacie drive is plugged in the light comes on, it spins but the laptop doesn't read it.  I have tried in three different laptop computers.  Same problem.  There are no clicking sounds so that is not a problem.  The icon just doesn't pop up.  What is there anyway possible that I can retrieve my files.....?

I'd power it on and gently put it against my ear to sense if it's even spinning. If it's spinning, powerdown the computer, disconnect the drive and try it in someone else's computer. Let me know what happens. If it is not spinning, could either be an electronic error within the enclosure or the drive has received a static shock. If it was me, I'd remove the drive from the enclosure and put it into a different enclosure for 2.5" drives. It's only a normal laptop drive inside. I'd be interested in what you find out. My headset doesnt turn on, when I plug the charger the red light starts blinking

Could be a combo of low battery and not yet being connected. Charge it overnight and check on it in the morning.

Timer/power light is flashing. hit reset still nothing. what can I do

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

We bought the Gemmy Christmas tree trio last year. Just set it up today and the light show effects will not reset. Can't find the instruction manual

Press reset on the top of the main unit under the middle tree. The light will blink. While it's blinking, use a pin to press in the reset button on the back of the remote. The blinking light should go out, and you should be good to go. FWIW - I just looked for almost an hour before I found this answer today on-line. It worked for us.

My HP personal Media Drive, removable disk when inserted in the computer slot, lights only the blue light not the yelow one. Also it doesnt show up the media on " my computer " folder. Did it...

well it is possible that it is corrupted.

but try these steps first

plug it to another port.
download firmware for the device from the device website.
if that work its great

if not then format it. just to let u know by formatting you will loose all the data inside.

cheers

Try it in another computer if you have one. Or...try it in another USB port on your desktop PC. I would see if it appears in the device manager. If so, and you don't get a drive letter, try running
'diskmgmt.msc' and looking to see if the drive pops up under available drives.

Mouse not working

Go do device manager, under my computer properties. right click on the mouse have the hardware disk inserted and Click yes to allow it to search for new hardware. then in the next window click advance box the second of the two, now in the third window that shows up click the box that allows you to locate the file instead of having the computer find the correct one. there should be about 4 different drivers that show up after the computer searches the disk. Click the one that is called MID-Mouse. PM me for more help this is just a quick help maybe are to follow for some.
