The power supply regulator board to your TV is now working fine, and has no problems at all, as, there is standby light. Check all the other voltages comes out from the power board, to main board. If all of it found OK, the fault should be at its main board.

Samsung told me this was a common problem and I would have to have it serviced by an authorized repair facility.
My problem ended up being the internal power supply, but they also told me the main boards burn up.

Just count the number of blinks occur at one time. 14 blinks to trinitron TVs are not possible. It might be 10. If so,

1. Check Q8014 and Q8013 for shorts, leakage, or bad solder connections on the " D" board. If the transistors are bad, check R8051 and IC8005, also on the "D" board. You can also bring up these fault codes on-screen to see a list of the problem numbers with the abbreviation of the problem and the number of times this problem has occurred. This is slightly different than entering the service mode. To see the diagnostic screen, press the following buttons: Display, Channel, 5, volume Minus, ( not plus ) then Power. This brings up a screen with a list of the problems and number of times they have occurred. Each of the problems named, are abbreviated as, "OCP", "OVP", "V STOP", ETC. You have a problem on the "D" board. If you understand electronics and soldering you should check transistor Q8014 and Q8013 for shorts, leakage or bad solder connections. If you find any problems replace the transistors and also check/replace R8051 and IC8005.

There is some problme in G Board (power supply board) in your Sony KP-46WT520 tv that is why standby light blinks 9 times.
If you are handy with electronics stuff repair and can test/ replace parts in circuit board then let me know to provide you more technical info to fix tv problem.

KV32hs500 tv won't turn on. Standby light blinks 7 times, stops and then 7 more times, etc.. The tv will usually come on after about 2 hours or so of being off. Plays fine when on but once it gets turned off the problem happens again. Any suggestions? T.V. is 5 years old.
I have a similar problem . mine blinks 6 times or 7 sometimes also,and comes on with sound ,no picture for about 2 seconds then shuts off. Anything?
