Samtron 56v monitor user control locked

My monitors user controls are not accable . when i hit menu , exit , +,- buttons it shows a message as locked ...please assist me to solve this issue

    samtron 56v monitor user control locked, when I want to change the size or anything it can not work, it displays a message Control Locked.

    Please give any suggestion.
