My sansa will connect but it says 6 mb is needed for music but everything is deleted so it has database i can't add music or find its folder.
To reset the player hold in the power button for at least 20 seconds, when you release the button the player should restart on it's own. If it does not then try again holding the power button for a little longer. If for some reason the player becomes unstable and resetting doesn?t resolve the issue, then try the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool which will clean up your player and restore it to factory settings.
