if this does not help you the try Asus. Asus has a mainboard model P4VM800 as well. V in the name indicates the board has a VIA chipset. Your video driver is S3 video which was used on those main boards.
You make a floppy disk with this driver & during windows install you watch the bottom of the screen & press F6. Windows will ask you to insert the floppy disk. (Do not forget to remove the floppy disk).
