My clients cant easily connect to the internet, when this happens, i disconnect the router from the elec cord, and then reconnect again, to restart the router, and in effect, the client can connect already. Could it be that my router is defective already? Please advise.. thank you
Is it via wired or wireless connection?

I have had many D-Link routers fail ova the years and they all seem to start off just as ya describe , then go toes up... after a bit. Of course B4 getting another unit, one must first re-install all drivers, check all cords, cables etc. just to rule out anything else. Then get a nice new modern one :)
