My husband bought an ilo television (fla screen) less than a year ago. On one side of the screen the images appear larger than the other. This problem has been ging on for six months, and my husband has been too lazy to send it back to the manufacturer. What is their address the television has been like this since he first bought it. Walmart will not return it. They said to send it back to the manufacturer. Please help. Do they have a toll fee customer service number?
First of all, stop bitching about Wal-Mart. If they tell you there's nothing they can do, then there's nothing they can do. You shouldn't complain because you expect Wal-Mart to solve all your problems! 90 days is 90 days, after that they are not ALLOWED to take back your TV, and for those of you whom this pertains to, if it was messed up before 90 days, you SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT BACK IN TIME! Oh, and on the reciept piece, what don't you understand about that? How can they prove it's not stolen if YOU didn't save YOUR reciept?? Common sense says that you should have saved it. At any rate, the number you ned to call is 1-216-454-0867. Yes, it's long distance, get over it.

I have Ilo 42 inch plasma with vertical lines on the screen. With the cable box turned off it looks like the stars in the sky at night! Can you reset the t.v. and fix this problem? Also, when you turn the t.v. on you have to press select manually to get to the correct input....this is very frustrating. Any suggestions?

I bought an ILO 42" plasma TV. After 6 months the TV totally shut down and will not provide any sound or picture. I have been trying for 4 months to get the company to back their warrantee. Each time I call they give a different excuse. This company is sleazy, sleazy, and sleazy..the Customer service number is 1-800-428-1105 if anyone else needs that info. Walmart, surprisingly is NO HELP!

Victory!! I called Walmart and I explained my dad's problem with the T.V. (see posting May 23, 2008). I was told to bring in the T.V. and that they would replace it. They replaced it with the same model and sold an extended warrenty for a decent price. The company that my dad paid for the extended warrenty is in Canada and he will never have to deal with ILO.
HORRAY FOR WALMART CANADA!!!!

SOURCE: Need customer service number for ilo
First of all you dont need to send the TV, the manufacturer have to pay to send a tech over your place and fix it at your entire satisfaction or replace it.
The number is 1-800-428-1105
You will need your receipt at hand when making the call.

MY ILO remote Stop warking Batters Need Replace Every Two Weeks.
My dad bought an ILO 37" flat screen T.V. and the power is off. I called the company and they told me to Fax some information. Since we live in Canada they might be able to get it fixed and said my dad will get his money back. After reading the problems other people had I am not holding my breath. I faxed the info yesterday so I will get back when I get more information.
To whom provided Solution #8:
I also have one of those pieces of ****. Mine died shortly after I bought it and I am still dealing with Walmart on the issue.
They sold me the TV claiming it has a 1 yr warranty & it does.... provided you are not in Canada. The manufacturer will not ship the parts to ANY service provider in Canada. Walmart even contacted the repair shop they contract to do their repairs and were turned away.
Don't you think that Walmart should take some ownership for issues that result from them selling these products.
There are some of us that did report the problem within 90 days and have been given the run around. I am now at the 15 month marker and still no solution.
I have a call with a Walmart rep later today. All I have ever asked for is the $20 part needed so a repair shop can fix the damn thing. Since that is impossible (Walmart states) I had better get a working TV that can be serviced in the Country I bought it!
Wish me luck all you Ilo haters : )
