    Thank you Baksci. Actually speaking the monitor just flickers while the system boots. Thats it. Nothing shows off. My system works fine with another monitor. I think the problem is with the power of my monitor. Here is what I need help. How to rectify the power problem?
    There is no service center to do this. It is out of warranty.

    Can you see the BIOS screen?
    Are you using Windows? If yes, can you see the picture if you boot in safe or vga mode? If yes, you probably have a resolution setting which the LCD is unable to display.

If the signal cable is detachable from the monitor, you could try with another cable... Regarding the power, I' not an expert, but if you're familiar with electronics basics, like risks of high voltage, soldering, etc, and you'd like to experiment with the unit, then I can give you some hints.

Hi There, When I turn on my emachines D620 lab top the screen does not come on. It seems that the lab top is booting correctly but no screen. Can you help with this problem?

I would like to understand if the screen atleast flicker when the system is turned on. Is the screen power led lit on or flickering. In case you have no signal on the screen or no blinking also, you may have to get the lap for a HW repair as it could be a lap monitor HS issue. Else it should show atleast the initial screen while boot up as the screen would be working with the basic Bios Instructions which doesnt have any driver or complicated OS Code to run the screen. So ideally it should work at the initial stage of Bios to confirm that the screen has no hardware issue. Good Luck.

Insignia NS-LCD19 is not producing a picture

You might need to change the input on the TV. I'm almost certain that it will have a DVI and Coaxial input among others.

Check the monitor for an input button or pull up the menu and see if there is different input selector.

Blinking green power light and monitor doesn't work

I recently had the same problem occur on my LCD Panel and this is the response I received from ACER.

Thank you for contacting Acer America. I apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. If the green power on LED blinks rapidly, it means that the monitor is not getting any signal from the computer. It is possible that the monitor may have faulty internal component, I suggest that you send your monitor to a local repair shop to have it tested properly.

Respectfully,
Acer America

Blinking Light

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
This is the same problem with my 4 VG800 Monitors, you should be able to find the correct capacitor on your monitors by following the same procedure, I'm sure the boards are similar. Just get the correct value capacitor and try it in parallel with the initial filter capacitors right after the DC power in.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Alright, I had 4 VG800 monitors with the exact same problem. The front led is blinky OR constant reddish/orangish OR picture is white with colored vertical lines OR no picture with whistling from the back of the monitor and backlights illuminated. All problems have the same solution. You need to disassemble the monitor (2 screws on the back, remove lower front button panel, remove 2 screws holding panel in and remove speakers, then remove panel and unplug speakers. Now remove lots of tape and screws from the cover in the center of the monitor). Now that you've exposed the amplifier board and the VGA to LVDS board, you want to look for the pair of 25V 100microfarad capacitors that are nearby the DC power in (they are right next to the black "100" inductor). Desolder the capacitor farthest from the DC jack and replace with an electrolytic with the same specifications. If you want to check that this is the correct solution please put the new capacitor (WATCH THE POLARITY) in parallel with the capacitor there want watch the front panel indicator go green and the monitor work properly.

I'll be posting and Instructable entry in the next few days on the process, watch for the username Waterppk on the website www.instructables.com
