I am pretty sure you need to use Itunes software, because Windows Media Player is not a compatible software Itunes. So I suggest you use these instructions: 1. Install Itunes on you computer via the disk that came with your phone or via internet on the Itunes website. 2. Transfer all of your music to Itunes( it is pretty easy) when Itunes is installed a window should pop up stating if you would like Itunes to import all music. ( IF NO WINDOW POPS UP THEN DO IT THIS WAY) 2b.While Itunes is open follow this procedure click File Scroll to Import or Add Folder to Library Select folder Click OK Repeat till all music upload this will take a bit longer , but you can now be able to use your phone.

How can I download music from computer to Mp3 player

1. Get on Computer 2. Plug in USB cord in the USB slot on the main computer. 3. Open My Computer and it should say on the side there is a USB device or the type of MP3 players name. 4. Open up another My Computer window. 5. Goto the location your music files are located and make sure both windows are visible on the screen. 6. Drag your music files to your MP3's music file section. Sometimes the music files wont work so first try the WMA (windows media audio) file first. If the WMA files dont work on your MP3, convert them to MP3.

Cant play music in my touchmate mini shuffle mp3 player 2gb?

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs tomp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and thencopy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable tothe MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.Click on this link for instruction on converting musicfiles to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

Hi maria lopez0...
Downloading Music to MP3 Player

1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer.
NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11.
If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10.
2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer.
3...Open Media Player on your computer.
4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player.
5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on.
6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it.
7...After it is sync'ed with the computer, you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player.

I dont know how to download mp3 music to my cell phone using a usb cord and a memory card. my phone says connected to pc and the pc says removable device E and reconizes it as a mass storage device now...

If you have a type of media sync like windows media player you can start media player and select sync. This will sync your computers mp3 files with your phone. Then all you have to do is select the songs you want on your phone and copy them to the synced device.

MY SANSA ISNT RECOGNIZED BY MY PC!

Try connecting it to another computer and see if it will recognize it as sansa or removable drive. if it does then download the sansa update software and install it. Make sure you disconnect the sansa and connect it when asked. This will update your sansa and add the Usb Mode. Try to connect it to your computer at home it should recognize.... link for update software (http://mp3support.sandisk.com/sansa/Installer/1082/SansaUpdaterInstall.exe) download to a flash drive much easier Make sure USB mode is MSC I use my computer to drag and drop my music from my music folder to the sansa media folder.... Open my computer click on folder what ever folder has your music in it and drag to media folder and drop (click on the (+)where it say's sansa )

Im not able to download music on the go gear mp3 player

You have to use Windows Media Player to transfer songs. If you have lost your manual , do yourself a favor and get it from Philips website.

Trouble downloading music to my enV

that was the same problem for me. when you download that vcast software dont use there program. use windows media player 9. that has worked best for me. ive tried the latest window media player out and it doesnt seem to work. but if you use 9 you can go to sync with your phone connected. and you always have to make sure that you go to settings and tools on your phone. then go to call settings and then you should see pc connections and when you get to that you should see usb and you click on that and it should say pc connection set. hopefully any of those options i gave you work out.
