The videos have to be modified to a format the the Coby will support. There is a software included with the unit to allow you to do this.

I keep using the MTV Video Converter program to convert videos in the the right format to play on the mp3 player, but whenever I import the videos to the converter, it says "Load Video Failed!". What do I do?
