I just connected a new computer to a HP Officejet 6310 all-in-one by way of USB, but when I try to scan it says "NO SCAN OPTIONS" I'm not sure if you need to install something into the computer that will make it work or what. I tried printing and that works. Thank you so much!
You need to install the software and driver for the version of windows that is on the new computer.
