Canon MF4350d copier used to go into energy saver mode when idle, now it won't go into energy saver mode at all. I opened and closed the lid where you place pages for copying and that worked one time, now it s back to no energy saver mode .
Odds are that some one did some panic button pushing at one time. You need to look in your owners manual or down load one from the web. Or you can go into the user settings and scroll down to were you see a setting for energy save. Good Luck

When u press the Energy Saver button, The machine will enter Energy Saver mode where all the display lamps are light off. Just leave Energy Saver mode, just press again the Energy Saver button.

Has anyone changed the paper size in the paper tray to another size by accident? Have you tried the manual feed tray? If that copies the whole image then the problem is with the paper size input of the paper tray.

the paper jam is more than likely in the fuser assembly. unfortunately you will need a service tech to come out and fix that issue.
