Are you saying the install isn't working or you'd rather die than install that iCrap on your computer? Either way, there are a lot of alternatives to using iTunes to put songs on an iPod. A good, free program for putting music on your ipod is YamiPod. YamiPod is a freeware application to efficiently manage your iPod under Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. It can be run directly from your iPod and needs no installation. This basically means that you can put it onto your iPod when it's being used as a disk (from My Computer), and then run the program from anywhere without installing it on the host computer. http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/
