Dazzle Video Creator Plus Missing the file kstvtune.ax

Hi, For transferring video from a cassette camcorder I recommend getting something like the Pinnacle Dazzle, http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/us/Products/Consumer+Products/Dazzle/Dazzle+Video+Archiving/Dazzle+Video+Creator+Plus+HD.htm you connect your camcorder to it with the cables you use to connect it to a TV and it then connects via USB it also comes with easy to use software for transferring the video as well as editing it. You will need a video capturing device as Hi-8 needs to be specially converted onto the computer.

Dazzle is highly recommended for converting old videos to PC,

First check if the Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator Plus Video Capture that you have is a 1 PC user or 2PC user or 3 PC user.If it is a 1 PC user then you cannot but if it is any one of the rest then you can use it on a 2nd or 3rd PC respectively.

I can't install my multimedia as these files are missing. I tried reinstalling the drivers but it needed these files which I can't download even after I have inserted the Windows XP Cd. Can you please help me with this also let me know how I can download these files from the net.
