Cannot recieve any faxes on my canon L500 FAX

I have the same problem. But only recieving problem. we can send the fax. please help

How do I put my fax machine (Canon L220) on automatic?

press function and then recieve mode,keep pressing recieve mode till u get to fax only!Or press function and data registration,press set!Go to rx settings with the arrow down and press et!Go to rx mode and press set!Use the arrows to get fax only mode!!Good luck!

FAX DOESNT RING WHEN RECEIVEING CANON FAX-L350

These units only ring under two circumstances. First the external phone must be attached. It has a volume slider on the phone. Second. The recieve mode must be st for Fax/Tel not anything else

Canon faxphone will not recieve fax

Most of my fax mahines I setup,I setup with the fax only mode,and then I change my incomming ring to 7.This give you enough time to answer the phone and minnimize the risk of losing faxes.If a external phone is connected to the phone and you receive a fax call,you press 25 on the external phone and the fax switch to rceive.

Canon fax 2060P not recieving faxes

It seems that the protocol is failing. Just check, by printing a receive report. If there are errors it is after the check frame. If no errors, it is failing before the check frame. In either case, 1st aid is to listen using a handset for noise or static on the line. If the line is clear, then you will have to call service to change the tx/rx attenuation.

Canon Fax L220

From previous experience it is a compatability problem stemming from propritary transmission modes. Not sure what model Lanier fax is but they can disable some optional transmission modes first. Otherwise if this person is important you can tell that person to force transmit to you at 9600bps.
