hi rosemary.. To get your user and password back for SKYPE. log onto http://www.skype.com or http://login.skype.com this takes you to the login page. click on either forgot Skype name or user name.
Make sure that you remember the email used during registration because that's where your details will be sent to.

Pull the litium battery off of the printer card and put it back in. That may reset the password unless it wrote it to the hard drive.

Use a OSX boot disk hold down the C key when starting and under the file menu when you boot will be a reset password command.
