I disassembled the printing head of my CX6600 and now I have problems to put it back together again.
One small metal plate with holes and bendings is very problematic. If possible can someone send the picture of the printing head or tell how to fix the head.

hi. 1 put a small amount of light on on the bale bar (the bar the print head slides on) and then do a head clean. If this doesn't clear the problem, try doing a print head alignment, (see my previous fix) hope this helps
if you left your printer for two weeks or more without using, the print heads may be stuffiness. In this case (aparently yours cases) you must take your printer to a authorized service, they will can clean (with a proper fluid) or replace the ink heads, if cleaning is not possible.
and even if you did get rid of error 51 that you have created, you will find that you still cant print in black, original problem is the print head is stuffed probally from dodgy non gen ink running threw it and the fix is to replace head. I don't know who is telling all you brother mfc owners to clean your print head but your paddling up the wrong creek, these heads are electronic deivices that dont take kindly to cleaning, they are not the same as other brands. Re error 51 goto different machine same engine post http://www.fixya.com/support/t277162-brother_420
Change the colour of the text to print each colour
The same text once in each colour- then you will know what the faulty colour is.
Download this utility
install it and learn to use it.
Also go to www.fixyourownprinter.com and take a look At #Epson printers there
Check to see that you have the latest version of the Printer Driver installed on your new drive. Go to www.epson.com and you should find your way through to your local site. Then head for the support area and look for the driver download.
Before taking out a new ink cartridge from its package, shake it four to five times.
Are you sure you have the proper ink replacement cartridge.The following Epson ink cartridges should be used in your device:
* Black: T0431 (high capacity cartridge)
or T0441 (standard capacity cartridge)
* Cyan: T0442
* Magenta: T0443
* Yellow: T0444
How did you discover the ink was low? Did the machine prompt you or was the printer not printing properly? The other colors should blend together to give you atleast some form of black. If the printer alerted you to change the cartridge...Go back through the procedure to install a new cartrige.
Follow the steps below to replace ink cartridges.
