My atomic watch is 5 minutes slow, do not know how to change the time to the correct setting

I would suspect that your watch is not picking up the radio signal to reset itself to the correct time. There are several reasons for this - the battery might be very low, or you are in a poor reception area, or you are just too far from the transmitter, or the hands need realigning. If the watch claims to pick up multiple transmitters, then be sure that it is set to the correct one. Try taking off the watch at night and placing it face-up on a window sill to give it the best chance of a signal.
I can't offer anything other than general advice as you do not give the make/model of your timepiece. Some radio-controlled watches have a facility to realign (or 'zero') the hands - again, can't be specific without more information.

My Waveceptor time is not being updated by a radio signal. It appears that I am not receiving the radio signal. I have tried outside but still no reception. Ideas?

Probably the battery is running low. That way the radio signal reception maybe too weak. You can try to manually receive the signal.
Download the manual from the link below (the module number is on the back of the watch).

Waveceptor reset

I have a number of these Casio and Citizen watches. This watch does not use GPS for the time keeping. It uses a land based broadcast time signal. There is public information about where the signals come from for your area. The technical breakdown of the time code signal is public access information.

The instruction manual of the watch has the information about when your watch should automatically receive the time signal, and how to set up the watch. Many of the manuals also included a map showing the time signal coverage, and includes the time of day information to show when the signal is strongest.

Make sure the watch settings are for your time zone. This is important. If the main time zone is not for your area it will be trying to receive the signal at the wrong frequency at the wrong time of day. There are areas where the signal may not be able to be received. You can get the mapping for this from the service that the watch has been set to use.

In North America the auto time receive is supposed to take place between midnight 00:00 to 04:00. In the eastern part of North America the reception is poor compared to central and western part of North America. Check the instruction manual for your watch for details.

Below is the spec listing of your watch.

Watch wont reset itself . a new battery has been installed and it still won't set it self any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't know what the problem is but the most common problem is a poor reception area. Yep, just like your tv used to have problems picking up that distant signal, so can your watch. The solution is the same for both problems. Get your watch into a better reception area. The signal is a relatively weak AM radio signal coming from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Find the least obstructed spot you can to place your watch, for example, if you live in Seattle, place the watch in a east facing window that doesn't have a building or mountain or some obstruction the radio waves will have trouble with and turm on the function in your watch that searches for the signal or if you don't know how to do that, leave it in the window over night. Other things like cloud cover and meteorlogical events can also affect the signal strength.
Alas, you may also have a watch problem for which I have no idea. Good luck, Michael, Watchmaker to the Stars!

I live 20 miles, south of Seattle, WA. Please give me hints, how I can receive Radio signal, for my E. Howard, E23GA, Atomic watch. I haven't been getting daily signals. Thank you, Dave Harvey,

Place the watch near a window that faces Colorado. best reception is at night although you should get a signal during the day where you are. The signal comes from a transmitter in Colorado. Also, make sure your watch is a model with the US frequency as there are different frequencies used in other parts of the world. Read more at http://www.ntp-time-server.com/atomic-clock.htm.
