Question about Yahoo Diamond Vision DVDC803-04 DVD Player
Hi there I have a Diamond Vision DVD player, have had it for about 3 months now, I can't take it back to the store because all stores here now have a policy that after 30 days you can't take anything back for a refund so you have to try and get it fixed through warrenty, and as you all know is next to impossible, so maybe someone can help me here. After the player has played for about an hour it starts acting up, colored squares distort the picture so bad you can't watch it. This is the second player that has done this to me, but at least the first one was over a year old, so what can I expect from a cheap dvd player right? I will never buy a cheap one again. I thought maybe it was my disks but right now I am playing a brand new disk without a mark on it, so it can't be the disks. Thanks
I know a solution its called RECALL. Start manufacturing in NORTH AMERICA. Management in large companies are stupid. Manufacture in North America and get employees to play a game. (Its called lets save the company money the more cost you cut with-out job loss and safety of our product the higher the reward) THE MORE YOU SAVE THE COMPANY THE MORE YOU GET.
EXAMPLE-----you save $1500 a/year = dinner for 2 at a resturant
AND EVERY EMPLOYEE GETS PROFIT SHARING $$$$

Ive tried to take it back to Wal-Mart (They are rude and offered no HELP this would never happen @ Zellers). I want the manufacturer to send me a NEW DVD PLAYER. I am not a happy customer. This DVD PLAYER was for my SON. I should have made him pay for half, so he would have learn that a lot of companies are in business for them self, not for customer and employee satisfaction.

I Have a tv/dvd combo what iu had for christmas last year...when i load the disc it sounds like it is getting scracthed up and it always go back to the loaded sign in the top right hand corner!
We bought a Diamond/Vision 13'' TV/DVD combo for our cottage. We've used it twice and now it will not load DVD's. It makes a horrible grinding noise and gives us a 'tray error' message. It's ridiculous that a business will not refund for faulty merchandise!
